Course Enrollment & Payment Terms

• Students can enroll in CLINIPRO courses by paying the applicable course fee either:

1. As a full one-time payment, or
2. Through an approved installment plan (if applicable)

• Enrollment is confirmed only after the successful receipt of payment (partial or full).
  
  

Cancellation Policy

• Once a student has enrolled and started attending the course, the admission is considered final.
• Cancellation requests will not be accepted after joining the course.
  
  

Refund Policy

• All payments made towards course enrollment are non-refundable.
• No refunds (partial or full) will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. Change of mind
2. Personal or professional commitments
3. Inability to attend or complete the course

• Clinipro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer to a future batch.
  
  

Payment Responsibility

• Students opting for installment payments must ensure that all dues are cleared as per the agreed schedule.
• CLINIPRO reserves the right to:

1. Suspend access to training sessions
2. Restrict participation in projects, certifications, or support services in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
   
   

Batch Transfers (If Applicable)

• Requests for batch rescheduling or transfer may be considered based on availability.
• Approval of such requests is subject to management discretion and is not guaranteed.
