1. General Terms

1.2 All course materials provided during the training are the intellectual property of Clinipro and are for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
1.3 The training program is designed for educational purposes. Clinipro does not guarantee job placement but provides support to enhance employability.
2. Enrollment and Payments
2.1 Participants must complete the registration process and pay the course fee in full before the commencement of the program.
2.2 Course fees are non-refundable, except in cases of service discrepancies proven by the participant.
2.3 Clinipro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer to a future batch.
3. Participant Responsibilities
3.1 Participants are expected to attend sessions regularly and actively engage in the training program.
3.2 Any disruptive behavior, misuse of course materials, or violation of confidentiality agreements may result in termination of access without a refund.
3.3 Participants must have access to the required software and hardware to attend online or hybrid sessions.
4. Data Privacy
4.1 Clinipro collects personal data such as contact information for registration purposes. This data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
4.2 Participants may receive communications regarding course updates, offers, and services. They may opt out at any time by contacting us at contact-us@clinipro.in.
5. Liability
5.1 Clinipro is not liable for any technical issues, including software compatibility or internet disruptions, that may affect participants during the course.
5.2 Clinipro will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred by participants during or after the completion of the program.
6. Certification
6.1 Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the program, which includes meeting attendance requirements and passing assessments.
6.2 The certification provided by Clinipro is recognized in the industry but does not guarantee employment.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Any disputes arising from the training program shall be resolved amicably.
7.2 If necessary, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
